Sloppy First Impression

Overall I had fun and will be doing another month. But I am a little disappointed in certain elements that have clearly been overlooked

1. the cut mark on the paper wrapper cuts through words. Both me and a friend each separately made the mistake of cutting where indicated, and then noting how stupid it was that indicated cut line cut through words on the back...

2. One of the videos on this month's page linked to the wrong wine. We had to search through the youtube playlist to find the right now

3. The chocolates were mislabeled in the box AND the video online also had a mistake in the first video as to which chocolate we were supposed to eat with which wine. Spent way too much time trying to figure out chocolates instead of enjoying wine

While it didn't ruin the experience, we all felt it was a pretty sloppy first impression

Most of the wines in this months box were too sweet and lacking complexity.

When will my order ship
